Four stars as i did have to return the first unit purchased - it would not stay online. Confirmed with Ring that it was a product issue. Otherwise great.

We had a first generation model that finally gave out and are happy with this replacement. The holes are the same so no extra drilling required!

Provide adequate coverage for my entrance and provides a good quality video. Sometimes the delay in viewing the recorded activities is a bit disturbing, but overall a great product.

I'm not disappointed in any of the equipment. It works fantastically. The app you have to use sucks though. The two step verification is a pain in the butt too.

The smart features do help out with tracking people in your view area. I like how it tells you the path of the person it tracks.
