As part of the purchase and installation, I got a free gift from Ring, which was a different-colored faceplate. Of the options available, I was able to choose a color that more closely matched our house color. That makes it a little less obvious when approaching the house. Now, if they would improve the user interface of the app and make it a little more intuitive, I'd be ecstatic!

This model is much better than the original pro. Worth the upgrade! Would buy again.

We just love this door bell button, it has a high resolution camera to record video and can be programmed to verbally communicate with the person at your door, even if you are not at home. Feel safe, and informed about what goes on outside your door. I highly recommend this Doorbell!

So far so good! The installation of the hardware took just minutes as well as adding the doorbell to the Ring application.

Love it but I wish the battery wasn’t dead or at least warned it would be low so I charged before install

Easy to setup but notifications via phone does not always go thru. Also image quality dependent on internet capacity and not compatible with google nest system.

This doorbell is better than I thought it was. Great whenever I’m not home.
