After he left, He informed me via text message that there was no screw driver included in the box. I had to complete set up and use the screw from the previous doorbell that was replaced and my own screwdriver(thankfully i had one). Not happy with incomplete items in my purchase as i paid a lot for it.

Best Ring Doorbell Yet

Not with this. I was so glad I upgraded. One thing to note: It only comes with an angled mount(so it can see your doorstep for packages). If you want it to face the road directly, you will need the mount sold separately!
