The Ring pro 2 is awesome. Gives my wife the comfort and safety needed. Also reaaly like its recording technique. The recording starts a few seconds before some one approaches so you capture the person as soon as they ce into view.

Seems to be a little slow from what I would expect for being wired directly to power plus by the time I'm made aware that someone is at the door they've already left wondering if anyone's home or not. I've enjoyed seeing the wild life casually walking by overnight. It didn't come with any instructions on how to set or do the features that I am aware of. It will just take a little time to get used to and utilize it.

Great picture quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture quality is amazing but a little frustrating that they didn’t include as much as they did with the first pro they didn’t even include a mounting place only a corner plate which I didn’t need. Also I couldn’t get my mechanical chime to work so even though the picture quality was clear I basically was spending $250 on a camera which wasn’t worth it for me so I had to return it. If you can get it to do what it’s meant to such as ring when someone presses it then definitely get it.

Ensuring your mechanical chime kit rings is essential, so that you can be notified when you have a visitor. The Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 is compatible with most digital and mechanical doorbell systems powered by a 16-24V transformer. It is important to note that the provided Pro Power Kit needs to be installed inside your mechanical chime kit. This allows the kit to chime properly when a visitor presses the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 button.
