Very very useful. Easy install. This is obviously a staple for any house. Make sure you set the settings right or things like a hurricane will constantly send notifications. Also the ring community is neat as you can see message boards from your local community such as outages.

It detects motion, but does not ring when someone pushes the dorrbell.

made the switch from nest to ring, needed to supplement some of the instructions provided with YouTube, but otherwise seamless installation and great video quality

So far it is working as expected. Upgraded from the Doorbell 2 that was 5 or so years old. I like the new features and slimmer size. I had to get a 3rd party spacer to install it on the stone the original doorbell was on.

We recently bought this doorbell due to recent car break ins in our neighborhood. Give a great view of our entire front yard and even shows our porch floor. Had a bit of trouble with the set up of the device and my wifi due to an ‘ in my Wi-Fi’s name. Once I figured that out it connected perfectly

So impressed with the Ring Doorbell. Installation was a little tricky to get the range working properly. We have used it for about a month and love the notifications when getting deliveries. Highly recommended!
