Ring support is no help, geek squad wants $200 to come out and I'm told I cannot return it since I opened it and mounted it to the home. The doorbell will not connect to any Wi-Fi. I'm currently switching to Blink and their product seems fantastic!

She was so excited as she’s wanted one forever and she couldn’t be happier with it! Easy to install and she feels more secure in her home now!

Give a great view of our entire front yard and even shows our porch floor. Had a bit of trouble with the set up of the device and my wifi due to an ‘ in my Wi-Fi’s name. Once I figured that out it connected perfectly

Upgraded from the Doorbell 2 that was 5 or so years old. I like the new features and slimmer size. I had to get a 3rd party spacer to install it on the stone the original doorbell was on.
