I previously had the Ring Doorbell Pro, but we moved to a new house and decided to go with the newest model. The features and video quality are both noticeable better in my opinion. This does everything I need it to and was an easy install.

Bought it a few months back to keep an eye out for porch pirates and added security in general. This was my first smart bell and it's been a wonderful experience so far. I can converse with people at the door through the app in case I'm not home, get immediate notifications of all movements outside my house, and image quality is excellent. Would recommend.

We purchased the entire ring pro security system. It’s exactly what we were looking for. Easy to install, setup, and manage. The videos are super clear and the features are endless. Hands down one of the best home security systems you can buy!

Simple to install physically, but the program was a little difficult for older, non technical people like myself to program. I had to wait until i had my younger daughters and older granddaughter at the house to help. You could have made it a little more senior friendly! But i love it now that it is running!!!!!

I replaced a video doorbell from Vivant, which consistently lost buttons and had issues. Vivant wanted a huge amount of money to replace with their new version, so I did a bunch of research and chose this Ring doorbell. I chose the hardwired version, since I was replacing the hardwired Vivant version. I was able to mount it and install it myself. I have been very happy with it so far. I haven't spent a lot of time in the app, which has plentiful options for settings and customization. I'm considering getting a camera for the driveway, so I will likely spend more time with the app once I do.

Does exactly what I wanted. The unit is slim, fits perfectly. The video quality with HDR is extremely good. Also night vision is fantastic. Overall, extremely impressed by the product. note: I initially had difficulty in using my existing chime with the doorbell. It is not the fault of the Ring Doorbell because the existing transformer of my house does not have enough power. Mine was rated at 16V 10VA. So, I switched my low voltage transformer of my home to 24V 36VA and it worked perfectly. I also tried with 16V 30VA. However the transformer was delivering slightly lower voltage of 15V because of which the Ring App was showing 'Poor' in the Health diagnostic section even though all the functions including the chime worked like a charm. So, in the end, I went with 24V 36VA to avoid the minor annoyance.

Camera Works well and the App is easy to use. Not hard to install where there is an existing doorbell. The biggest downside is that it doesn't get a good view of our entry due to the previous doorbell placement.

Love our ring pro 2 video doorbell! We purchased after a package went missing from our front porch and now with the ring’s motion detection and live streaming we have more peace of mind when we are away. The video/audio quality are excellent. I would definitely recommend. We hardwired the doorbell and the setup was easy, although took longer than the advertised 5 mins. More like 30 mins, and I still don’t have the existing chime integrated correctly. Not a big deal - the doorbell itself has a pretty loud chime that we can hear through most of the house so it hasn’t been an urgent issue. I enjoy the feature that allows me to silence the motion detection alarms. It comes in handy when the kids are running around the yard!

This is probably thr most expensive door cam ring offers but it is much smaller than previous generations and has more features that you may or may not need. The full view of who is at your door is very good and the resolution and overall provides a dynamic range of view. Easy to install yourself for the wired version. I think ring does a nice job with the app and easy to navigate. I would recommend this door cam. Ring is the best if tou are in the market for a high quality door cam.

Recently purchased this to replace my 1st Gen ring doorbell. The difference is night and day! Originally I was going for the nest doorbell, luckily my neighbors own this doorbell and my other neighbor have a nest. So I was able to compare both. By far this is way better than the competition. Only downside is you may need to update your transformer as my current transformer is underpowered.

Great Product. Like the Birdseye View and Full Color HD Night Vision. Wired is best for this product (you may need to update your door bell wiring) but it will save on battery purchases in the future. Easy to use App.

This ring Doorbell camera works great. It has a very clear picture that captures a wide view of my front porch area. Also the microphone picks up sound from a good distance so I can see and hear who approaching my door very clearly. The installation was quite easy with simple instruction. I would recommend this product.

This Ring Doorbell is a fantastic addition to my home. It works seamlessly with Alexa, providing clear notifications when someone is at the door or when a package arrives. The video quality is excellent, and the motion detection is reliable. However, I wish it could be integrated with Google Home as well

I replaced the doorbell with this and paired it with an Echo Show 15. Works great. When it detects someone, I can see it on a reasonable sized screen from inside in addition to what Alexa can do. Easy to install (as long as you have a transformer that works as I had to replace mine). The app works good, with no real issues. Good daytime quality, night time is just ok...much better than other models. The Echo Show is what made this a winner for me. Sound quality is decent.

I've tried online purchases of my new ring doorbell, but received ones that were not what I wanted. One visit to Best Buy and the purchase of a Ring Wired Doorbell Pro Smart Wifi Video Doorbell, and I had what I wanted at the price I wanted. The video and audio are great when I get a notice on my phone that it has activated.

Works great and all the features are helpful. EZ install and app set up.

My order through Best Buy was seamless and delivery was fast. Good range of view. Sharp image. Easy setup. The video pro 2 was a nice upgrade from the video pro I had installed from my previous house.

We purchased this doorbell after lengthy conversation with a Best Buy Associate and have been impressed with its many features. The video clarity is very good and the night vision is as well. The geofencing is fairly easy to set up and adjust so that you don’t get too many notifications. Installation went pretty well, but our house being stucco made it slightly more difficult. Found that the included anchors don’t work that well in that type of surface. Next step is Alexa integration, but that will have to wait until I replace the doorbell transformer. It quit working and I have ordered a Ring certified one.

Had to replace a previous version of same doorbell. Expected to just unscrew and replace, but found out that this model has been updated. Old colored cover plate doesn’t fit since screw holes moved. New camera much better view and angle!!! Can now see packages!!! Great upgrade to previous pro 2
