Posted .Hi Steph. Having Motion Detection notifying you in a reasonable amount of time is very important. Often times, when you are having slow detection, your Motion Settings need to be adjusted or your RSSI is too low. It sounds like your Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 is not functioning as intended. Having the proper power supply is vital for the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 to work. It must be hardwired and requires a transformer rated at 16–24 VAC, 30–40 VA max, and 50–60 Hz. Always use caution when handling electrical wiring. Installation by a qualified electrician may be required in your area.

Doesn't work with VPN

Ring customer service suggested me to turn that off or connect Ring to a network without VPN. As I think having a VPN or not, should be consumer's decision. I am looking for alternatives.
