Excellent for my home. I love this thing. It will give me alerts as well as allow me for two-way talking when I need it. Definitely a must for all homes.

Ring gives you a another set of eyes & ears that one cannot watch 24/7 but with ring your covered by alexa keeping one safe. If you have never experienced a ring door bell before you are surprised by alexa talking to you . In this day you have to be more security conscience. It is very simple to install where you don't need to shell out big bucks for if you can follow directions by watching a you tube video you can do it yourself. I went with a black outer case for it is a matter of personal taste.

I really love the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2. It was very easy to install and connect to my existing home wiring. I purchased the Ring Chime Pro 2 and was easy to link it. I have had this a few weeks and the picture is very clear. I purchased this on sale and could not be more happier with my purchase.

The ring doorbell works as advertised! The installation went well ! The app works well pictures come through very clear on my iPhone! I recommend and like this ring doorbell!

The Ring was easy to install using the house's existing doorbell wiring. It provides a wider field of view than the Nest video doorbell it replaced - enough to see the entire entryway, including packages left outside the door. It was easy to mark the area I wanted monitored so passing cars in the street didn't set off an alert, although I might need to turn the sensitivity down again since it's taught me that squirrels trespass regularly on my stoop. A great feature is when the doorbell rings all the Alexa devices in the house also chime so you can always hear that someone's there. It does sometimes take a few seconds to bring up the video on a cell or Show, an eternity when you have to decide if you want to answer the door, despite having gigabit service Internet and Wi-Fi 6 in the house. Overall, a pretty good product considering it isn't hard-wired into a dedicated security system.

Had a problem with the doorbell but after working on it over the phone for 45 minutes, support was very helpful and we got it working perfectly. Great support.

So far so good! The ring doorbell was fairly easy to install yet make sure your chime is compatible. We ended up purchasing a new wired chime and it works well. The video quality is good and I was able to change the range so it does not notify me when people walk by the house on the sidewalk, This model replaced a different brand that stopped working after a year. Although it is pricy I am very satisfied with the ease of use, picture quality and the app features.

I previously had a door bell camera by LaView which is the company I purchased my surveillance system from. I thought that it would all integrate and learned that that was not the case. The LaView camera worked however there was always a huge delay. When someone would ring my doorbell I would rarely receive a notification and never get a phone call. Long story short I upgraded to the ring pro after thorough researching it. I installed it and it has been great. The doorbell notifies me instantly, and I receive all phone calls immediately after someone rings the doorbell so that I may communicate with them as intended. I was also able to put a smart light at my front porch and when the doorbell detects motion the front porch light will automatically come on via amazon's echo dots and routines. The only down side to this doorbell is the price, 249.99 at the time of purchase I believe is a little excessive. I am sure it will eventually come down but at that price point I was hesitant on the purchase.

Great quality doorbell camera. Had to upgrade doorbell transmitter to power it though. Not a big deal. Wired up easy.

It was a little more complicated than I expected to set this up, but now that it's working, I love it! It keeps an eye on my packages and marauding cats from the neighborhood.

This Ring Doorbell looks good and has great picture quality. If the footprint was thinner, less black surface area, and the unit was a little cheaper, it would have been perfect.

We had the older ring doorbell and since purchasing a new house we thought a new doorbell was needed. So glad we upgraded! The biggest downfall of my previous one was that it did not work with my built in door chime so we had to use an Alexa or the app for doorbell notifications. This new one actually is hardwired into the existing doorbell chime and works!! Not to mention the video and sound quality is much more advanced. Happy with my purchase.

It works well enough if you need some sort of security for your home.

This ring is a huge improvement over previous models! The motion detection uses radar and literally detects anything within 30 feet! The satellite view and exact location represented by moving/fading dots is fantastic! I’ve not seen any other doorbell cam come close to the features and accuracy of this one.

The Ring doorbell (latest edition) has great picture (day/night) and clear audio. The motion detection is pin point accurate. I need to dial it down because I have plant on my front porch that moves frequently with the wind (causing motion alerts). Overall, the install was easy (I needed my brick drill bit) for this job. The doorbell setup was also simple. So far it’s a great investment for our family’s security!
