We love the clarity of the camera and the great price

Very happy with this ring camera. The picture quality is amazing. It was a relatively easy setup and use. My only complaint is the area alert set up is very limited.

Love the color night vision, the birds eye view, and the fact that it notifies people that they are being recorded, the quick replies,etc..

Very good piece of technology. Easy to install and instructions are well done. Picture are clear and sharp. Price a tad pit high but well worth it.

We are "latecomers" to this technology, but finally got one. We had our electrician install for us to assure it was done correctly since we live a much older home. This is an excellent device. We are so happy with the quality. The app is easy (and fun!) to use. We are senior citizens and had no problem figuring everything out with the app. This device does what it should and then some! Very clear videos, notifications/detections are immediate and flawless. Very pleased with this purchase and, so far, with everything about the product. The only thing we are adding in the near future is a Ring Chime Pro so can also hear the doorbell ring inside the home. We do have an Echo Show 5 (also a GREAT device!), but we prefer to get the Ring Chime Pro.

The person at Best Buy knew his product! We compared doorbells and picked the wired doorbell. I installed it myself. It was very easy to install. Great product and the staff at Best Buy was very professional. I bought the video camera driveway spotlight later that week from Best Buy as well.

Works very well. Easy installation. It was only 2 wires. Pretty simple.

A great addition to our home for both security and solving the problem of not hearing the wired chime in all areas. Takes a little time to set sensitivity but very pleased with this product.

First ring product I have purchased. Good video quality. Fairly simple install of the wired unit. Worked with my existing doorbell chime which is why I spent more on this one.

This video doorbell is the best purchase I made the motion is clear, it has 30 feet detecting and especially at night really clear to see.

The image quality of this camera is excellent even at night. It was very easy to setup and integrate into my existing doorbell. The subscription to save and review video is very reasonable.

I guess there’s a limit to how smart a doorbell needs to be and Ring folks found it yesrs ago. I have a wired Ringcam from a few years ago that was damaged by a careless worker. This unit has no tangible improvements that matter. It records fewer cars, even though i liked Ring recording cars in my quiet street, and its befuddled by sprinkler, which the old doorbell ignored. The old doorbell had power and battery, while this is smaller - but only powered. Finally, the view is too wide so lots of video is wasted recording brick walls and bushes. This works just fine and looks bettee, but if size doesnt matter save the money and go one gen back.

Very pleased with product my husband bought it and we live in the country. It is so wonderful to keep an eye on the house when we are gone. Plus we are both older so its nice to know who is at the door.

I chose the Pro over the regular Ring Doorbell for three main reasons. 1. I wanted the Doorbell to be hard wired into my existing doorbell. 2. The Ring Pro allows you to set custom zones for motion detection. 3. Video quality.
