I love it the image is super clear, the time is accurate and whenever you have everything from ring is easy to control everything in one app, I have the door bell and 4 flooding cameras and they work great i recommend this product :) 100%

Security in a Doorbell

My wife and I are seniors and want thhe security of knkowing who is at the door prior to opening it.

Love the Ring doorbell!

An added benefit is that my cat knows to come to that door to be let in! I get an alert and know he’s there. The picture is very clear. We are close to the sidewalk and street and I was worried it would go off all the time which doesn’t happen. My husband was able to adjust it. That is why we bought the model we did!

Picture quality is execllent. Seems to be built well, but will see of this model holds up better than previous Rong camera we had.

So I have nothing to compare it to except what I've read on other people's post. You have to read the instructions and use the parts they include. The first time an electrician tried to install my ring doorbell he couldn't do it, it wouldn't work. 4 years later I buy the ring doorbell pro 2. The installer Best Buy sent out did not impress me. Alex, who Best Buy sent out to install my speakers for my surround sound looked at it and found the problem and fixed it. He read the instructions and found a particular part in the box that had to be installed for it to work right. It's been 5 days since it has been installed properly and I am impressed with it. I was an easy 15 ft away and had my audiobook going. The doorbell was even picking that up. Lol Yes I'm going to end up paying the $30 a month for a cloud. I think it'll be worth it.

This is a wise investment and a must for every home’s front door. Best Buy installed it seamlessly too!!!

The features and technology provided by the RingWired Doorbell Pro are incredibly valuable and help provide you with peace of mind about your home security. We want to ensure your device is working as intended by providing you with solutions to resolve the concern you mentioned in your review.
It sounds like your device is having trouble connecting to your home's wifi network. If you have issues connecting to your home wifi, try the following steps.
Make sure you're entering the correct password. Passwords are case-sensitive and do not include spaces. Your network password can often be found on the bottom or side of your router.
Make sure your password doesn't have any special characters. If your password contains characters like an asterisk (*), pound sign (#), or exclamation mark (!), remove them by changing the password in your router's settings. If you do not have access to these settings, contact your internet service provider to change the password.
Make sure you have a 5 GHz-compatible Ring device if you're trying to connect to a 5 GHz network. If you do have a 5 GHz compatible device but still have issues, connect to a 2.4 GHz network first, then switch to the 5 GHz network after setup is complete. You can do so via the Device Health section of the Ring app.

Ring doorbell and camera
