The features and technology provided by the Ring Wired Doorbell Pro are incredibly valuable and help provide you with peace of mind about your home security. We are here to provide you with some information to resolve the issue you mentioned in your review.
We are happy to provide you with the instructions for installing the Ring Wired Doorbell Pro. Ring your existing doorbell and listen for the chime. If it rings, you know your existing doorbell system is working. If you don't have an existing doorbell, you can power your Wired Doorbell Pro directly using our Ring Plug-in Adapter. In the product packaging, there are long mounting screws and security screws. The mounting screws are used to affix the mounting bracket to your door or wall.
Once the device is installed, use the star-shaped end of the screwdriver bit to tighten the security screws into the bottom of the Ring Wired Doorbell Pro faceplate to help deter theft. For connecting to an existing doorbell system, be sure to use a hardwired transformer (8 to 24 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 5 VA to 40 VA).

Clarity of the camera is good and the response time if much faster. Replace the pro model and response time from button push to notification was super slow. Easy to install.

Paired it with a Ring Chime. Also have a Ring floodlight/camera in my backyard. Good products for my needs.

Gives us another layer of security. The Wi-Fi connection to our phones has, so far, been flawless. Also, our setup with our Tech guy from Best Buy was great. He couldn't have been better or nicer.

I love it. Don’t know why I waited so long. Looked a few places. Best Buy was so much help and they were so knowledgeable. It made my Purchase easy.

This is obviously a staple for any house. Make sure you set the settings right or things like a hurricane will constantly send notifications. Also the ring community is neat as you can see message boards from your local community such as outages.
