Excellent product. EASY to install. A good quality video….

A first doorbell camera. So I have nothing to compare it to except what I've read on other people's post. You have to read the instructions and use the parts they include. The first time an electrician tried to install my ring doorbell he couldn't do it, it wouldn't work. 4 years later I buy the ring doorbell pro 2. The installer Best Buy sent out did not impress me. Alex, who Best Buy sent out to install my speakers for my surround sound looked at it and found the problem and fixed it. He read the instructions and found a particular part in the box that had to be installed for it to work right. It's been 5 days since it has been installed properly and I am impressed with it. I was an easy 15 ft away and had my audiobook going. The doorbell was even picking that up. Lol Yes I'm going to end up paying the $30 a month for a cloud. I think it'll be worth it.

Awesome camera with high resolution, easy installation too.

Was easy to setup hardwired. Connection has been good so far. Picture quality is execllent. Seems to be built well, but will see of this model holds up better than previous Rong camera we had.

Doorbell is great but the issues with transformer keep the inside bell from ringing. Even after having the extra stuff installed from Ring the indoor bell transformer says low... makes no sense... but works with ring app and alexa in the house just fine

This is something I wanted for a while. Now that I have it I wish I bought it years ago. It's great being anywhere and being able to see whos at your door.

I love my ring doorbell and camera. I especially like the sense of security that it provides. It alerts me if anyone comes close to the door that I might not know.

Good clear images and you can adjust the area that will trigger alerts. It can loudly announce when someone approaches. Awesome integration and coverage. For people who travel a lot it really will give you peace of mind!

I live in the country and wanted to see what kind of animals go across my yard. I also love knowing who comes in my yard when I'm not at home. Picture also shows up on my apple watch when away from home so i dont have to get out my phone to see.

Outstanding!! I had my Handiman install it for me and worked like a dream. I purchased the plan where I can view the recording for one week. I feel so safe and secure now. The image is crystal clear and the audio is great.

Overall I'm very happy to have a ring doorbell pro 2. The video is quite good, and it stores video reliably and notifies you pretty promptly. I wish there were a way that it could know not to notify you that, well, you were at your own front door though, as that is actually really annoying, but other than that I'm very happy to have my ring.

No more dead batteries with this wired device. Awesome product. Great quality video. App works great. I only wish the basic subscription included 2 or 3 device instead of just 1. For 2 or more devices you must go to the next level subscription.

Great product high resolution pictures easy installation and set up

This is welcome addition to our home. We are very pleased with the functions and alerting people that they are being recorded. Hopefully with this feature it will deter anyone from trying to commit a crime at our home. The videos are very crisp and sharp. We recommend this doorbell!

I love ring door bell products, after 7 years my old one gave up on me. I love the upgrade with more features.
