Ring subscription is getting expensive and we were triple charged. It’s taken over a year and we still haven’t been able to get a refund or properly dispute it with our credit card.

It sounds like the Bird's Eye View feature was not what you expected. We wanted to share with you some of the key features that the device offers. Bird's Eye View provides an aerial map view of motion events around your home, so you can clearly see the path that visitors take when visiting your property. Powered by radar technology, "Bird’s Eye View" shows each person’s position as a series of dots on the map you defined during "3D Motion Detection" setup. For example, "Bird’s Eye View" will show you the current location of a delivery person dropping off a package, as well as the path they took to get there (even if they’ve already left the camera’s field of view by the time you start the live stream).

Another good feature is that the Ring Doorbell Pro 2 will only use data when it’s activated by an event or when you access Live View via the Ring app. If Ring camera doesn’t detect motion or isn’t activated with the app, it won’t use your mobile devices' data.
