Missing items from ring doorbell box

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ring doorbell installer did not put the faceplate screw in and set up was not done. After he left, He informed me via text message that there was no screw driver included in the box. I had to complete set up and use the screw from the previous doorbell that was replaced and my own screwdriver(thankfully i had one). Not happy with incomplete items in my purchase as i paid a lot for it.

We had no previous wiring in our home for a doorbell. Had to purchase separately an inside power source as our electrician indicated there is a known problem with the translators burning out. No issues with current configuration.
