Replaced an older version. Works well. The video quality is better.

I think most people understand the value of ring. But to get it from Best Buy, and with Total Tech, it is just that much better. They have a price match guarrantee and the Geek Team does the install. Nice work.

Ring wired doorbell is fantastic. Notifies me wherever i am that there's a person/package.

I already had the Ring battery powered doorbell installed on my back door. I had this unit installed on my front door and we have been pleased with it so far. Excellent view. But leave the lights on at night! Night vision not so good.

It is a good product. It took a while for me to install and get to actually work. Replaced with exiting hard wired doorbell had from over 29 years. Figured out had to replace to doorbell transformer to larger voltage output. Took couple weeks to resolve all.

I love the Ring-Video Doorbell Pro 2. I give it 5 stars because it has been doing the job that I wanted with no headaches. I am not sure what other feature the next update will have but I am satisfied with the feature it has.

Excellent video, works as you would expect with WiFi. Needs low voltage 16 - 24 AC volts from old doorbell system. You get 30 days of free video service and the after you can pay for your choice of options. My wife and I both can access the video footage or live view at any time or anywhere. Using the app to configure many different options that are easily explained. **Very important that the "Pro Power Kit" be installed BEFORE Ring Doorbell as stated in Setup Guide before installing Ring Doorbell.**

I’ve had the gen  one ring doorbell for the past 4 1/2 years and I’ve hated it for the past 4 1/2 years because the notifications was so slow. This is so mich better. The picture quality is fantastic and the notifications actually work. Now when I get a recent notification on my iPhone, I could see exactly who was walking up to my door whereas before I would get a notification of the persons back or just basically after they left I really like this doorbell and I would definitely recommend it.

We bought two but we don't have the second one installed yet. Waiting for electrician to wire it.

Really like this one. I already had a Ring doorbell but the way my house sits with the front door, it couldn't see as much. So this one has a much better viewable area.

Love to know whos at front of my home when im not there ans now days saftey is something we should all be worried about . No more stolen packages

I think after buying the item and what it says about all the features. Then being told if I want to keep the recordings I have to pay every month. Stinks!
