Works great and was relatively easy to install! Also quickly installed app and set up in less than 30 minutes. Make sure you have correct electric current (amps) before you install. The newest model requires slight more power than prior model. Clear picture and very responsive alerts. Very happy with purchase.

Works as described, for some reason this model continually has a warning saying it degraded due to overheating, my old one did not do that

This doorbell features hdr picture quality and great night vision. Love the pre roll recording also. Have mine plugged in using the adapter and its the best investment ive made when it comes to home security.

Love the Ring doorbell. We had one that failed after six years of use, and this is a replacement. Great picture/video quality, love the ability to adjust the motion detection area and how even the slightest motion starts recording.

great ring camera much better than my old one. just had to change the doorbell transformer because this one needs at least 16volts to oppperate correctly

I love this doorbell! Installation was so easy, I just followed the step by step and was done in about half an hour. Audio and image quality are top of the line. Definitely a great buy, 100% recommended.

Camera quality is good, easy to install, sensing properly according to the range setup and options selected, it is not compatible with regular door bell. Doesn’t make any ring when connected to regular door bell Chime, worked once connecting to refrigerator and then lost connection. Would recommend if you buy ring chime, but not to existing door bell chime.

The person at Best Buy knew his product! We compared doorbells and picked the wired doorbell. I installed it myself. It was very easy to install. Great product and the staff at Best Buy was very professional. I bought the video camera driveway spotlight later that week from Best Buy as well.

The Rong Video Pro 2 is an improvement over the Video Pro. The clarity is very noticeable . The head to toe view is an improvement, too. Now I can see packages that are placed right against the door. And the color night vision is a nicetie that I didn't know I needed.

It’s an upgrade of an older Ring doorbell from 7 years ago. The main reason was to get higher video quality. It was easy to replace and was up & working in short order.
