I know it has a snooze but not sure if there is a way to set that timer so maybe it's every 5 mins. A small grip and it might be adjustable but figured I would make sure it's known. Besides that it's been great in the short time I have had it.

It was very easy to setup and integrate into my existing doorbell. The subscription to save and review video is very reasonable.

We live 3 hours away and will do anything to help her feel safer in the world today. This has helped her and us feel better.

Good, but could be better

Its has good image quality and connects easily to the wifi. The only problem we have, we are unable to retain our original doorbell ring while utilizing this product. After some researching online, it seems to be a common issue with this product with little to no resolution. We have to connect it to our Alexa speakers to be notified of any doorbell audio. Kind of annoying.

The satin nickel finish makes it stylish and fits most homes. The video is clear during the day and at night. Motion alerts can be adjusted so you don’t get too many. The app is easy to use and lets you see and talk to visitors. Sometimes the sound has a small delay. To save videos and get extra features, you need a Ring Protect plan. Also, a strong WiFi signal is important for smooth use. Overall, this doorbell is a good choice if you want clear video, smart alerts, and a modern look.

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected in regards to audio. Poor wifi can often cause Ring device issues, including capturing audio. We recommend following these steps in the Ring app: Tap the top menu (☰), then Devices. Choose your Ring Floodlight Cam. Tap "Device Health." Under the "Network" section, you'll see your device's "Signal Strength." If your "Signal Strength" (RSSI) is amber or red, your Ring device likely has a poor connection to your location's wifi. Moving your Wi-Fi router closer to your Ring device may improve its connection. If your Wi-Fi connection is strong and you're still experiencing audio issues, reboot your Ring camera by following these steps: Open the Ring app. Tap the top menu (☰), then "Devices." Choose your Ring device. Tap the "Device Settings" tile. Tap "Device Health." Scroll down and tap "Reboot This Device." Wait a few minutes for your device to reboot.

I bought the Ring Doorbell Pro 2 to replace it. It was very simple to install. The video quality seems to be better.

I was able to install mine in roughly 10 minutes. The picture quality is top notch and very clear. I like that I am able to link it with my existing driveway Ring camera. Overall, 5-star product and would recommend.
