Excellent quality and features

I used the Geek Squad installation, which I really didn't need. I watched them install it and it took literally 10 minutes. The package came with a angled mount, which I find gives a more centered video frame of my front door area. The Android app is pretty nice and easy to use. I definitely would recommend this product. But I don't think professional installation is necessary unless you are very uncomfortable with small do-it-yourself projects.

Ring Door Bell Pro 2

We had it and several other Ring cameras, lights, bulbs, garage, etc. installed since I have the Best Buy Total Protection or whatever they call it these days. Wished the bulb we got from Ring that is right above Ring Door Bell would be smart enough to detect movement and turn out but I guess it doesn't.

Better audio from speakers compared to the first

The video quality is a slight improvement, and the audo from the speakers sound much better. I would only upgrade from the first Doorbell Pro if the sound quality and video quality bother you. It drove me crazy, so i bought the new doorbell pro.
