it has proven to be very benifical to my family concerning security . so for the ring is working well we get notices of people coming onto our property at all times. i also like the back play of the video of pass events. the tech that came out to install the ring was very friendly, polite, and business like. I'm well pleased with the ring and Best Buy.

Camera is good quality. I like the notifications and it was fairly easy to install (We purchased hard wire version).

I had security cameras but every time it would go off because of my flag. I got the ring for a couple of reasons but mostly because you can set it where it doesn’t go off because of a flag moving. I have really liked it. Also the battery on the security camera had to be charged every week. The ring is so much better, I haven’t had to worry about the battery.

Picture quality is good. Motion detection is good and sound quality excellent.

The Ring pro 2 provides excellent video quality. I used the Geek Squad installation, which I really didn't need. I watched them install it and it took literally 10 minutes. The package came with a angled mount, which I find gives a more centered video frame of my front door area. The Android app is pretty nice and easy to use. I definitely would recommend this product. But I don't think professional installation is necessary unless you are very uncomfortable with small do-it-yourself projects.

Did a lot of research before purchasing a video doorbell. So glad went with the Ring Pro 2. The audio is very clear and show is the video. Quick response when the video picks up someone. Very easy to install. You will need to get a 16v Doorbell transformer if you don't have one so that it has power to be consistent with video and the quality.

Highly recommended, easy instalation like 1,2 and 3. Great video quality

I love this doorbell cam. It detects person and package correctly. My only minor complain is that the mechanical chime sometime won't ring after some time of first press. Also not sure what's the use of 3d motion detection.
