Great! I love it the image is super clear, the time is accurate and whenever you have everything from ring is easy to control everything in one app, I have the door bell and 4 flooding cameras and they work great i recommend this product :) 100%

out of all the Rings this unit was most appealing. It has a very clear picture and the alerts are very helpful. Only down fall is the price.

Love the Ring doorbell! An added benefit is that my cat knows to come to that door to be let in! I get an alert and know he’s there. The picture is very clear. We are close to the sidewalk and street and I was worried it would go off all the time which doesn’t happen. My husband was able to adjust it. That is why we bought the model we did!

Video quality is excellent. pictures in the app are clear and the sound is clear.

A first doorbell camera. So I have nothing to compare it to except what I've read on other people's post. You have to read the instructions and use the parts they include. The first time an electrician tried to install my ring doorbell he couldn't do it, it wouldn't work. 4 years later I buy the ring doorbell pro 2. The installer Best Buy sent out did not impress me. Alex, who Best Buy sent out to install my speakers for my surround sound looked at it and found the problem and fixed it. He read the instructions and found a particular part in the box that had to be installed for it to work right. It's been 5 days since it has been installed properly and I am impressed with it. I was an easy 15 ft away and had my audiobook going. The doorbell was even picking that up. Lol Yes I'm going to end up paying the $30 a month for a cloud. I think it'll be worth it.

Was easy to setup hardwired. Connection has been good so far. Picture quality is execllent. Seems to be built well, but will see of this model holds up better than previous Rong camera we had.

This is something I wanted for a while. Now that I have it I wish I bought it years ago. It's great being anywhere and being able to see whos at your door.

I love my ring doorbell and camera. I especially like the sense of security that it provides. It alerts me if anyone comes close to the door that I might not know.

Doorbell is great but the issues with transformer keep the inside bell from ringing. Even after having the extra stuff installed from Ring the indoor bell transformer says low... makes no sense... but works with ring app and alexa in the house just fine

Much improved from version one. Was easy to swap out the old one for the upgraded model.

I love ring door bell products, after 7 years my old one gave up on me. I love the upgrade with more features.

Good clear images and you can adjust the area that will trigger alerts. It can loudly announce when someone approaches. Awesome integration and coverage. For people who travel a lot it really will give you peace of mind!

Easy to install and manage. Pretty good for DIY device. Make sure your gateway settings are secure before installing .

Overall I'm very happy to have a ring doorbell pro 2. The video is quite good, and it stores video reliably and notifies you pretty promptly. I wish there were a way that it could know not to notify you that, well, you were at your own front door though, as that is actually really annoying, but other than that I'm very happy to have my ring.
