The field of view for the Ring Wired Doorbell Pro is 150 degrees horizontal by 150 degrees vertical. We recommend using a Ring Wedge Kit or Corner Kit to assist with adjusting for view as needed. A Ring Corner Kit is included in the package with the device.

Ring subscription is getting expensive and we were triple charged. It’s taken over a year and we still haven’t been able to get a refund or properly dispute it with our credit card.

It sounds like the Bird's Eye View feature was not what you expected. We wanted to share with you some of the key features that the device offers. Bird's Eye View provides an aerial map view of motion events around your home, so you can clearly see the path that visitors take when visiting your property. Powered by radar technology, "Bird’s Eye View" shows each person’s position as a series of dots on the map you defined during "3D Motion Detection" setup. For example, "Bird’s Eye View" will show you the current location of a delivery person dropping off a package, as well as the path they took to get there (even if they’ve already left the camera’s field of view by the time you start the live stream).
