    Such a good ring! I learned so much about my sleep, something I've been working on! The best feature is that it identifies stress levels. Tracks my period really well too. The battery life is great as well last up to 10 days!!!

    I tried this ring out for one whole month and then ended up returning it. Well, I do like some aspects of it such as how much sleep I was getting I didn’t like most of the other information it provided because I don’t think it was accurate. For instance, I developed the flu and it never picked up any signs or fluctuations in my health. It ended up just being a gold ring that I was wearing and checking every morning to see how many hours of sleep I got.

    I used the ring for about a week and found the battery life didn’t live up to what was advertised, maybe half of what it stated, and it also scratched pretty easily. The only thing I liked was that it doesn’t require a monthly subscription.
