Not a huge fan..story told through one pov..ok to see

NOT EVEN CLOSE. BAD ARTISTIC LICENSE. THIS MOVIE IS ACTUALLY AN ATTACK AGAINST THE BIBLE AND THE WORD OF GOD. NOT WORTHY OF ANYONE WATCHING. I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK.

The 4K picture quality is great but the acting doesn't match. I would give this one a miss.

Everyone who wants to know Jesus should see this video

This film moves at an incredibly, almost unbearable slow pace. However, the ending makes it all worthwhile. By the time the viewers reach the end of the film, even the unbelievers will start to doubt their unbelief. This story gives the observer a first hand look at the journey of a Roman Tribune from unbelief in the Messiah, to forsaking his Roman citizenship and all the earthly riches that come with it, in pursuit of his new found belief in a "Risen" savior. I can truthfully say this film had a positive effect on my faith in Jesus Christ as my savior. A faith based movie with high production values worthy of the subject.

My wife and I really enjoyed this movie a lot. It is very well done from a production standpoint and the story line is great. It moves along nicely and easy to understand. It is extremely well acted. A nice PG-13 rating is just prefect to tell this story.

I enjoyed this movie a lot. It was interesting to see a different viewpoint of what the resurrection of Christ looked like from the Roman perspective. There were things that I had never thought of (like when they sealed Christ's tomb) that they displayed. I have only really seen this portrayed from a Jewish perspective, and I enjoyed seeing it from a Roman perspective instead.

I don't think this director gets enough credit in Hollywood for delivering terrific movies and once again he delivers with a unique take on the resurrection of Christ...telling the tale from the point of view of a Roman who must evaluate his own beliefs and put the pieces together to solve a mystery...Brilliant idea that shines beautifully on screen!

Didn't get a chance to see in the theater - great movie!! Actually the cost of tge DVD was cheaper than paying for family to go to the theater and pay for popcorn, candy and soda fir everyone - now in my DVD library and can watch during the Easter holidays in the future

my thinking is a film that can not be missed for any reason is a subject that takes us back to times where faith is all that human. really matter!. and that to date no longer give you the great value it deserves. the highly recommend.!!

I loved this film. What a new an interesting perspective to take about the death and resurrection of Jesus. A great film and a great message to make it's viewers think about this story!

We totally enjoyed the movie. The concepts and plot were well grounded and it made the movie very entertaining. would recommend it to anyone who likes historical movies.

Excellent movie that goes in depth about the post resurrection of Jesus. It also shows the conversion of a Roman Soldier and the plight of the Apostles.

Excellent acting runs in the Fiennes Family Genes. This movie is awesome.

Plot twist is good and keeps you interested the whole time. A bit slow at times but action makes up for it
