Best robot on the market. Does what it says and more. I can finally relax.

I love it! It’s like having a personal maid in the house. I have 2 cats and I wanted to upgrade from my existing robot vacuum. The lidar on this is amazingly accurate. I bring the vacuum to 3 different floors and it is able to automatically recognize it’s position wherever it goes.

The Robot Vacuum is amazing. We adopted a giant schnauzer and with the constant rain I had to mop floors two-three times a day to keep it clean, then I was suggested to buy Roborock, and I'm so happy I did. I just need to change the water, the Robot does everything, my floor is always clean. The app is so easy to navigate. Thank you Best Buy for making it affordable with the financing. The delivery was quick and easy.

Works like a charm. Set up is very modularized allowing for easy replacement of most of the wear and tear parts. Excellent design!

The robot works well, it has different functions for cleaning on strength. However, with dog food and too much dog hair it is not ideal as it gets jammed often. If you use the strongest cleaning/vacuum the robot does die pretty quickly and the water tank needs to be replaced more often. Cleaning on the corners it is not the best as it still leaves dust/debris if it is too close to the wall. It has now stopped working abruptly and I’m unsure why. I’ve contacted the company and see if they respond and what they state. Needless to say I will be searching for another brand of robot-purchasing 2 of these at $1200 a piece I’m hoping the company is at least responsive and assists. Will update.

I upgraded from the S7 to the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the switch from a single roller brush to the duo system is a game-changer for pet hair. This upgrade seriously boosts the ability to pick up hair, especially on mixed surfaces. Carpets get a deeper clean, and hard floors are spotless. The RockDock Ultra Dock looks better and includes the ability to dry the mop pad after washing.

I can’t believe how good this robot vacuum is. It is far beyond anything we expected, and is way better than the iRobot models we’ve had before the fact that it can clean itself, LiDAR object, avoidance, mopping capability. I literally do not have to clean my floors and yelling at the kids to do it since now I’ve got the robot doing it to three times a week.

Excellent quality without having to babysit it! Just set it up and check in on the water and bag levels every few weeks. Otherwise, let it do the work, including outstanding suction on tough carpets.

Awesome product, I like it better than my other iRobot as it doesn’t hit the objects, fill tank for water and auto mob cleaning is very helpful. Easier controls naming the rooms and setting up dividers. East zone cleaning. Great product with awesome innovative features. Silent than iRobot. Only thing I am nervous about the mob touching my carpet and May make it dirty, think iRobot has a newer product where mob goes up on the carpet, I haven’t used that product yet.

As a single mom who is always on the go, this duo (vacuum and mop) robot has saved me so much time. I jusy tell it to clean from my phone and it takes off. I love how it doesnt take long at all for my floors to be dry after it mops, so you’re not having to avoid a room for too long. I have two dogs who would go after my swiffer but have no interest in my robot. The peace of mind was worth the money.
