I absolutely love this Roborock s8 pro!!! If you have any doubts for whatever reason then just go for it and buy one. You won’t regret it! We run it every day and it is great coming home to a clean house.

If you want your floor, spotless, buy this now it is worth every penny! I love this vacuum mop combo! Upgrade it from a Roomba vacuum. My floors have never been clear I have three dogs. One of them is a husky that sheds a lot no issues and my floors are spotless. I recommend emptying the dirty water as soon as it’s done cleaning

Love that I schedule the cleaning even when I not home. It mops and vacuum and empty the bin on it own. Save me a lot of hard work of mopping my floors.

Great product. You get what you pay for. The “smart” complement of this robot is very impressive. The 3D scanning and the analytics you get from this technology is very impressive. Our favorite capability is being able to select exactly where to clean, like our kitchen after our toddlers eat their lunch/dinner.

We love it. I did a lot of research to make sure I was going to get everything we wanted. We had other before this but none compare to it. I know that it’s a little expensive but if I could go back I’d get this over our other ones we had in the past! We use it everyday and the house is spotless which when you have pets and kids is hard to say!

Only reason I give 4/5 is because vacuuming capabilities aren’t quite as good as the Roomba s9+ (maybe 80-90% as good, but id give that vacuum a 2/5 because its too loud and gets stuck and confused way too much), I got hairy white animals and black rugs so I can tell. But everything But the AI is so much better than roomba and the features otherwise thus far have worked perfectly. Higly recommend as this is the best robot vacuum/mop out there overall.

Great product! We have two short haired dogs and plenty of foot traffic. The Roborock keeps my hardwood floors pristine.

This replaced my roomba S9+. Let me tell you this vacuum is great. Is mapping system is great. And always manages to get everything. I have the mop set to self clean every 20 minutes which seems to do a good job.

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is everything I had hoped it would be! Our floors have never been so clean and shiny! Working great with no problems! Even is vacuuming my high pile area rug! Never had a robot vacuum that could do that! We have hardwood, ceramic tile and some rugs.

Two cats and a dog, this is great for keeping pet hair cleaned up as well as cleaning muddy paw prints that track in from outside. The base is great for not having to worry about emptying the bot after each use. Far superior to the iRobot and Neato brand bots I've had previously.

I’ve had several different brands of robot vacuums and two other brands of robot vacuum/mop combination.  None of the other vacuums or mops compare to the quality Roborock - S8 Pro Ultra-WHT Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum & Mop with RockDock Ultra Dock. vacuums and mops better than anything other robot we’ve ever owned. 

This is my first robotic vacuum/mop and I love it. While the maintenance of it was a bit at first glance, once I understood what needing attention, the maintenance is really quite easy. Does a thorough job and is really smart.

I love watching the vaccum on my app in real time. The vaccum is great at avoiding objects and going over rugs without getting stuck.
