S8 ultra pro is really good at vac and mop. It made my life easy.

I'm so happy with the product that I think I can't do without it. I haven't had any problems so far, I definitely recommend it.

I am very pleased with the purchase. Every day I use it. It really changed my life. I have three kids, but my apartment is always clean. I love it.

I purchased the robot based on a phone call with Roborock’s sales team. I explained in detail the size of my home and type of flooring. The robot literally gets lost on every clean. When I contacted techinical support, they told me my home is too big. That’s not what the sales team told me. Best Buy will not accoet returns after 15 days. Roborock will not even respond. I have had my case escalated 6 times with Roborock and yet no one has bothered to respond, aside from take it to Best Buy. The robot get stuck or lost every time. The manufacturer and seller are pointing fingers and no one wants to help. Shop elsewhere and buy a different product. Best Buy, this is my last purchase from you and Roborocknis garbage.

The Roborock blows other vacuums out of the water in terms of features, level of clean, and autonomy. Would highly recommnded over the competition.

Really high quality product with good concept. However, He/She is unable to avoid hitting tangled cell phone's cable. Other thing is great.

Poor product. Went through the initial set up, worked great for the first use. Nothing but problems after that. Their customer support was not useful. $900 item that is worthless in less than 2-3 months with minimal use. Long story short, I was told I could send it in so they could look at it and see if they can fix it. But to make sure to package it, insurance it because they’d take no accountability for it if something happened in transit. My issue is I have no other option and they gave me the ultimatum of either figure a way to send it in and you take responsibility for it, or “tough luck”.

Helps a lot but gets stuck sometimes. It takes a long time but leaves the house clean, I have pets and it does the work.

I cannot called it just the best robotic vacuum cleaner ever, because it is so much more! Highly recommend it.

Love this thing! My floors have never been cleaner. It does require a bit of attention and set-up but way less work than vacuuming and mopping every day on my own.

it had been a month, but so far it works perfectly. Also my old one which had lidar error was fixed for free!

Expensive but will be worth it if it keeps working so well. Had difficulty connecting to wifi but since has been wonderful.
