Went through the initial set up, worked great for the first use. Nothing but problems after that. Their customer support was not useful. $900 item that is worthless in less than 2-3 months with minimal use. Long story short, I was told I could send it in so they could look at it and see if they can fix it. But to make sure to package it, insurance it because they’d take no accountability for it if something happened in transit. My issue is I have no other option and they gave me the ultimatum of either figure a way to send it in and you take responsibility for it, or “tough luck”.
