    LOVED ar first !! Was wonderful at keeping up with dog hair and high traffic areas. However, unit quit working two months after purchase. I have contacted Roborock countless times only to be given the runaround and no resolution to my non-working $1000 vacuum. Roborock claims a one year warranty on the unit, but does not seem to want to back their product. I have also contacted Best Buy customee service, and because I did not purchase the extended warranty nothing can be done on their end (the gentleman I spoke with was very kind) and have referred to Roborock to initiate warranty claim. I am highly dissatisfied with the Customer Service Roborock has given!!!! I have atleast 30 emails and have made numerous phone calls only to be told each time that my concern was “being escalated and someone would contact me in 24 hours”. They STILL never have! I hope Best Buy will consider pulling their products as this is truly unacceptable!
