Did great for the few months I’ve had it. Then it went over something it should have avoided and dragged it across the floor leaving a trail of gross stuff I had to clean up. Not to mention having to feel clean the vacuum itself due to this.

This company is terrible when it comes to post-sales support. If you have a problem with your robot, good luck because Roborock won't do anything to help. They already have your money and that's all they care about. I learned my lesson after my robot became a $1500 paperweight...never buy Roborock.

I honestly didn’t like it much as it doesn’t clean as good as I thought it would leaving behind areas that it didn’t mop or vacuum

Overpriced, and doesn't work all that great. Keeps giving intermittent error on charging despite troubleshooting, get stuck or swallows cables despite the advertised obstacle avoidance. When it works it does an OK job at maintaining floors (tile & carpet) clean, I would still recommend to clean by hand maybe 1/mo. Narwal seems to do much better overall, look into that robo vac instead.

This vacuum only works perfectly when the house is already clean. Essentially, you have to clean the entire house before using it. It's so ineffective that even a monkey could do nothing with it. A one-star rating is one star it’s more than enough!

Tried multiple phones and reset all devices. Tried to connect around 30 times and no luck. I WILL NEVER BY THIS CRAP BRAND AGAIN. It feels like junk so in a way im glad it never connected and can just return ot and go with a name brand.

Bought this to replace my Roomba i3+ and M6 mop combo. We are at the six month mark and having to send it back to the manufacturer for the second time. It has never really worked properly. Wish I would have stayed with iRobot stuff. This Roborock has been nothing but trouble.

Way too big and bulky. And the worst part is it couldn't even make it over my rug I kept getting stuck so I had to return it. I do not recommend if you have rugs. I also had the hardest time connecting it to Wi-Fi as well

after 6 months of usage, my robot died with error '42' message. tried everything but the problem is still not solved

make sure you have older wifi 2.4 GHZ to connect, newer modems wont connect

Very Smart vacuum! Never gets stuck AI is awsome. Cleans great, Good battery life. Only thing nagative is not good for Pet Hair I have to clean the hair off the roller brush after every vacuum But it is very easy to do.

Expensive, but I am super happy. Easy to learn to use generally, but it took a little effort to figure out how to connect to wifi properly. Other than that it has been a game changer for me. I have more time for other things and my house looks clean, which is very satisfying. It does a really good job vacuuming, but the mopping is a general clean not a deep clean.
