This is a high priced item but worth every penny! My floors have never looked better!

Has less maintence than other models, cleans great

Good: easy set up and solid clean Mid: App requires sometime to learn. Bad: Wifi connection is spotty. It takes a lot to get it to connect back to wifi if the connection was lost. We've spent more time figuring out wifi than the robot doing the actual clean of our 800 sqft house.

Just using the vacuum so far and it’s amazing!!! I use the zones too. Can’t wait to try mopping

Excellent. Very happy with my new vacuum cleaner. Doesn't touch the furniture. Mopping feature is great. Smart creature too! :)

He does well all around for sure. He needs to learn the rooms, but once he does, he does allright.

We absolutely love our new roborock. We use it at least twice a week and it works great!

The machine works as a vacuum if all you have is light dust and zero pet hair. The mop works for five minutes and then dries out. But the setting only allows a minimum of 10 minutes, so you have five minutes of dry mopping, which really isn’t mopping. We filed a complaint with the company who required that we shipped the entire unit to them and we are not sure what they replaced, but the mop functions exactly the same as it had initially. We have a less expensive model of the same brand - Qrevo and while the mop is significantly better, the vacuum doesn’t empty correctly, ever. We have tried everything from vacuuming first and then mopping to doing so every single day and neither of these products are ones that we can recommend. We are very disappointed the company would not take them back. This is more than we would’ve ever expected to pay for a machine. I’m not sure where these ratings are coming from except that people have very little dust and zero pets.

I've had nothing but issues with my s7 Max V Ultra since day one! Doesn't mop well and the suction power is laughable at best. My pair of 6 year old Neato vacuums that were half this price will blow this vacuum out of the water in terms of caution power. All maintenance is kept up with on a regular basis and they have been very unhelpful via email.

Horrible support. I tried everything.. calling and email and they were unwilling to help when this brand new vaccum would not dock. They simply kept telling me to return it even though I did not live near a Best Buy. I would def steer clear of this manufacturer.

If you like paying $1500 for a robot vacuum then having the app play you unavoidable ads just to use your vacuum this may be the right choice for you! If not. Avoid roborock. Insane practice of forcing ads on customers that paid a hefty premium

Worked perfectly well for approx. 3 months, then error 14 appeared. Roborock support was awful, I followed their recommended troubleshooting, none of them worked. I purchased a new battery, the error was still there. Absolutely waist of $1k.

Received a defect product. Was promised a replacement and was cancelled. Never order from best buy again.
