Stopped working after 3 months - Error 14
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked perfectly well for approx. 3 months, then error 14 appeared. Roborock support was awful, I followed their recommended troubleshooting, none of them worked. I purchased a new battery, the error was still there. Absolutely waist of $1k.

Unavoidable ads.

If not. Avoid roborock. Insane practice of forcing ads on customers that paid a hefty premium
