The Roborock s8 pro is top of the line. It cost more than most vacuums but you get what you pay for. The Roborock is able to map out the whole house and is very easy to use. It does an excellent job with vacuuming and mopping feature is great. Highly recommend!

Works every time. I enjoy this thing so much. Frees up our time. We use it everyday. It cleans corners but not perfectly so we do have to sweep out the tight areas to ensure a great clean.

This is my sister Wife! Everything I don’t feel like. She mops and sleeps every day at 8:30 AM.. floors are super clean all the time in my house smell great it’s worth every penny and right now it’s on sale for $400 less. Got this for us for Christmas and paid 1599. When it went on sale, Best Buy gave us a $400 credit. This made me Love her even more. Thank you Roborock for making sense an exceptional product. I’m hoping the next one you make can hook directly up to a plumbing line like the wash machine and toilet. Never had to change any water. This machine needs minimal maintenance and it’s super easy to program and map out your house. This product will exceed your expectations! You won’t regret it!

A pretty good robot vacuum overall. Set up us easy, app is intuitive and has enough suction to keep my floor clean (I have several cats). The mop is one of the best ones for a Robot vacuum. Noise level is fairly low on bare floor but much louder on carpeted surfaces (suction increases). It occasionally gets stuck but I have a high pile rug (over 1" thick) when trying to go over it, but it does great on regular rugs (including bathroom ones). I am very happy with this item.

I’ve been holding off on leaving a review because I wanted to have time to use it to leave a proper review. I’ve had several other robot vacuums in the past, and each iteration gets better and better. I started with a Roomba, then to an Ecovac (if you are OK with Chinese spyware, go for one. If not, then keep reading), and now Roborock. The Roborck by far has been the best vacuum. It should since this is a newer model over my past ones but this is actually good. It has very good obstacle avoidance (with exceptions). If you have kids toys not to worry your child’s favorite stuffy will not get run over. Though your usb cord hanging off your nightstand will get gobbled up and make the vacuum mad. She will stop and become a damsel in distress when the rollers are blocked by cables or your child drawing left on the floor. It does pick up dirt, pethair, wifes long hair very well. The moping feature is great. It does do a good job for a robot vacuum. You will still want to use a good mop yourself from time to time. It does not get your deep carpets mucky from the wet mop when cleaning carpets. Maintenance is easy. Removing the rollers and pulling off hair that gets caught is very easy to do. Changing the water is super simple. I do recommend getting the Roborocksfloor cleaning solution. Do NOT use any floor cleaning product in the clean water tank. Changing the dust bag is super easy. It is a very easy to maintain vacuum. There are some things that can be tricky at first when trying to fix an issue it's having. The app does not well explain what you need to clear a blockage very well. But when you get it, its easy

This vac/mop is the best ive ever owned. Does an excellent job. It is a robot so it doesnt do an absolutely perfect job but for what it is i have no complaints. Floors look great. Run the vac every day and mop twice a week. Love the abiltity to be as hands off as possible with the ultra dock. Only runs on tile and vinyl floors so cant speak to how well it works on carpet. Does a great job with navigation. It is an expensive machine but i think the saying you get what you pay for applies here. Definitely should buy.

I had this roborock S8 pro ultra about 2 weeks ago and I’m so happy that I did it. That helps me so much in cleaning, I don’t vacuuming and cleaning my floors anymore, because Roborock does it perfectly. Definitely the price worth it.

We have been using this product for 7 months now and it is has been amazing. It is incredibly easy to set up and use especially on our floor plan. It is incredibly detailed and cleans up every spot on the floor. Especially with the app it is very easy to control

Early in 2023, Neato announced they were closing up shop. We had a D7 which was an amazing vacuum (still is) but knowing that we could no longer get products, parts, and support, we knew it was time to switch. I investigated nonstop for weeks and I just kept landing on Roborock. If you're still investigating, you may be stuck on the Roborock S7 vs. S8 like I was. The S7, overall, has better vacuum power, but the S8 has a better dock. Ultimately, we decided that the difference in vacuum power could be dealt with and I wanted the better (and more attractive) dock. Coming from the Neato, there wasn't much maintenance. I'd clean it and change the filter, so coming to a more sophisticated product with lots of little extra maintenance felt a little overwhelming. We've had it for a few months now, and at this point I can say that I have performed every maintenance necessary and feel far more comfortable with it. I run it every morning on my main floor, around 600 sq. ft. and it's all hardwood with some area rugs. Running it these past few months, I've only had to replace the dust bag once. I need to dump old water and add clean water every 4 days. I wipe the sensors every couple weeks. I clean the brushes every coupe weeks. I replaced the dust bin filter once last week. I cleaned the water filter once this past week. This was a big problem. It had crusted over dirt on it, this should be done once every couple weeks - lesson learned. I just had an issue after replacing the dust bag, it wouldn't auto empty. Turns out there was hair caught in the mechanism. There is a little area on the very bottom of the dock that you can unscrew and dig out any stuck objects. I hate that it's a screw, but no big deal. Owning a robot vacuum, I learned years ago, is a game changer. We have 3 cats and naturally their litter carries. Having a daily vacuum gets most of everything. Now adding a mop is even more of a game changer because my hardwood floors are clean. I haven't needed to mop since I got the Roborock. The S8 does a fantastic job navigating between hardwood and our carpets. I never have wet carpet. It struggles a bit picking up debris in the areas where the hardwood and carpet meets. I do still perform a full house vacuum with my Dyson once a week. There are just areas that the Roborock will never touch where you need a real vacuum. The S8 does an amazing job navigating. There are times we want to help it out, thinking for sure that she's stuck, but she gets herself out every time. Overall, we are really happy with this harrowing decision. The maintenance can feel overwhelming, but I watched a few YouTube videos and feel like an expert after a couple months. The app is pretty great, there are just some issues in dividing rooms, but I am sure that Roborock will release software updates. They seem to be on top of bugs and issues.

This is the best robot/vacuum mop in the market. I upgraded from the S7 and could not be happier. The S8 is so much better. I run the vacuum/mop combo one - two times a day. No issues. The built in dryer module works so much better than the add on in the S7. My mop is dried to perfection every time. The app is seamless and the mop is fantastic. The vacuum suction is great even on silent mode. I have ZERO issues or complaints. My floors are always so clean you can eat off of them. Even though the price is premium, it is well worth the investment. I bought the S7 and returned it after one week because it was defective. Spent a little more money to upgrade to the S8 and I’m so glad I did. It does the job plus more!

Roborock has without a doubt the best mapping I have seen in a robot vacuum. I have a couple pets and there are some toys or things left around and it has no issue navigating around them. The vacuum seemed powerful and had no trouble picking up dirt and hair with each run. The mopping feature I found worked quite well, thigh hard floor is sparse at my home. Because of this, the base was set up on carpet, and when going to mop, the vacuum had trouble navigating back to the base to clean the mop. This is the reason for only 4 stars.

I upgraded from a iRobot s9 and roomba combo. This Roborock is better in every way over the iRobot. The app is excellent and you can customize even the direction of you hardwood floors to make sure the mop / vacuum goes in line with them. Relatively minor maintenance / refilling and emptying the clean and dirty water and changing the bag. Really made cleaning our floors a breeze and something we don’t really have to worry or spend time doing. The robot avoids obstacles very well also. Highly recommend.

I didn't think I would need the mop, but it ROCKS! The app is so easy to use and being able to setup custom routines that clean a specific zone and I can choose to use the mop or just vac ROCKS! I setup a routine to clean the zone I setup around the dinner table so that after every meal I can just hit a button and it will mop and vac that specific zone for me. this. Robot. ROCKS!!!

I purchased my first Roborock S8 Pro Ultra for the basement tha t has several floor surfaces. This performed so well that I purchased a second for the main leevel. The basement is about 1,300 sq ft and the roborock can clean the entire basement on one charge. App is easy to use once you learn some of the navigation. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a mop vac. One unit for both.

I’ve been wanting a robot vacuum for a long time. I couldn’t decide between this model or the Ecovacs X1 or X2. I did a TON of research and decided this get the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra. I am more than satisfied with this vacuum, this thing seriously exceeded my expectations. Once you learn how to run the different modes/options it cleans so well we wonder how we ever lived without it. Definitely worth every penny!

I have been using this robot since November and must say I love this machine and have not had any substantial problems. It has lost wi-fi a couple of times but was easily reconnected. It will occasionaly pick up a large piece of unseen debris and i just remove the bag and clear the tube. Usually I vacuum first and then mop. It really helps keep down dust and grime. If I have a really bad spot, I lightly spritz with water before mopping. This floor cleaner exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to everyone. I must add that as time go by, I am learning of more features to try.

This thing can clean my whole apartment in less than an hour and still have more than enough battery for another my sisters apartment downstairs plus it cleans really good

This is my first ever robot vacuum, lots of research went into this purchase. After using it, I can honestly say that this product is worth it. Price is steep but justifiable when it can take care of 2,000 sq ft of hardwood/ thick carpet that two large dogs and two large cats reside on (all hairy). I own a tineco s5 and this little robot does a better job of mopping than that $500 smart vacuum mop - plus it's completely hands free. There is no smell from the mop pad and it is actually clean once it self dries. Genuinely surprised at the vacuum power of the duo rollers, better than my Dyson animal vacuum. The app is very well planned out and easy to use even on Android. Amazing control of all functions. Highly recommend to someone who spends alot of time cleaning their floors.

The Mapping features are pretty good and able to clean/Mob well on the hard surface.

This thing is amazing, it mops the floors really well and has a very intuitive app also. Of course the vacuum works really well but we wanted one with the mop feature to and this thing does great with it. You can set it up to do it every so often and all you have to do is refill the reservoir with clean and empty the dirty one.
