Definitely recommend it! A wonderful assistant!Delivered very quickly.Packed perfectly. There is a brief instruction, connected to the program without any questions. The program has set the type of cleaning: vacuuming + washing, copes with the task perfectly, washes the napkin at a given time and returns to the place where he stopped, after cleaning, washes the napkin, throws the garbage from the dust collector into the compartment with the bag and dries the napkin (drying time can also be set) It remains only to drain the dirty water from the bucket and that's it.

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks and I’m super impressed. This is my first vacuum/mop. Prior to this I had a shark robot vacuum for about 5 years. The navigation in that thing was terrible. It would basically bump in to everything to make its way around the house. The S8 was relatively easy to set up and once it got going it has been perfect and hasn’t stopped yet. I like that I can schedule multiple different cleaning scenes which helps clean my place without any additional cleaning by me.

I've used Roomba's exclusively for many years now, but often found myself getting frustrated with how slow they were to map out my house, and how often they got stuck (Roomba j7). The S8 Pro is superior in every metric. The camera + laser measurement system had our 2600 sqr foot first floor mapped in under 20 minutes. My old Roomba took hours to do the same thing. Initially ran a full vacuum cycle and was impressed by how much quieter the S8 Pro was compared to my previous vac. When vacuuming tile I found it's something I could sleep through, and I'm a very light sleeper. On carpet, the boost setting kicks in and it gets louder but I would still rate it as quieter than my old Roomba. It seemed to clean up all bits of dirt on the floor that my kids and pets dragged in. The cleaning pattern is also consistent and quick, with the robot first cleaning the edges of the room before going through it in predictable straight lines. The next day I sent it out for a mopping run and it did an excellent job cleaning our tile floors. I could clearly see areas where the mop had cleaned next to dirty areas. The water in the dirty water tank was a muddy gray which was impressive since I had cleaned the floors fairly recently. My only gripe with this particular model is it will struggle to mop right against edges (such as rugs). Depending on your flooring you may notice a small area that did not get mopped around your rug. Future models will improve on this with a new feature called edge mopping (Roborock S8 MaxV and Q-Revo MaxV). The S8 with a dual brush roller is a strong vacuum for people with a mix of tile / carpet, or a lot of rugs. If you can find it on sale I think it's a great buy. I'm going to be using this unit primarily for a heavily carpeted 2nd floor, with some occasional bathroom mopping while considering the Q-Revo MaxV when it is released for our tile heavy downstairs.

This is just the best, navigation is crazy accurate, mopping is noticiable superior to S7, get this one and forget about it

Great purchase. I had my doubts about setting up and mapping rooms. It wasn’t a breeze but pretty easy. Does a good job mopping (on heavy duty, even gets up spilled milk spots from grandkids). And vacuuming is just as good. Glad we purchased it! Only downside is is limited on number of rooms that can be mapped. Think limit is 13 rooms for S8 Pro Ultra. And got it on sale!

Super perfect Item!!! It’s my best choice of robot!!! I’ve looked for my favorite robot cleaner for a long time, until my friend recommended it to me. I am busy doing my business and I should work long day every day. I feel tired and house cleaning is a big stress for me every day. I have Roborok S8 Ultra!!!! I don’t have stress anymore. It’s super smart!!! It can vacuum, mopping, wash the mop,drying the mop by itself!!!! I just need to change the water. Super Robot Cleaner!!!

We have had the vacuum now for over a month and love it! We have tried many other brands but now will never buy anything else but a Roborock. My wife loves the fact it vacuums and mops so that is one less cleaning chore to have to worry about! If you on the fence because of the cost just buy it. We wish we did sooner!

Have this as well as the previous top of the line unit in the S7 MaxV Ultra with the dryer module. This new S8 Pro Ultra in white not only looks better, but also performs better with the dual rollers. Yes it is pricey, but it is invaluable in routinely cleaning multiple times a week.

This is by far the best money well spent. At first I thought it was way too expensive but it is honestly worth it! Plus I got a great deal on it. It is very easy to install and control. Cleans so well and also mops so it’s a double for one! I had to exchange my first one because it was not working properly but they helped me out so quickly! Thanks Best Buy!

Incredible robot vacuum and mop. I have 2 kids and a dog. This thing picks up hair, food crumbs, and even small toy parts that I miss. Nothing ever got stuck in the vacuum. The station dustbag will last a long time. Its been one year and I havent replaced the dustbag yet. This vacuum runs daily and mops every other day in our house. Highly Recommend!!

Absolutely the best robot vacuum/mop combo. Maps are made quickly and the in-app viewer reveals that the maps made are accurate. For revision of your map, the app offers a few wastes to make corrections, not that I’ve had to make any. The object avoidance is flawless so far (went around a purposefully placed sock.) I was very easily able to subdivide my house by rooms/areas after having (obviously) skipped reading any of the instructions. The vacuum picks almost everything up, including small stones from the crawlspace or chunks of salt during the winter. The mop does a great job and is easily adjusted in the app. I’ve found that my machine does best when I turn the “water volume” up all the way and just allow for some floor drying time. The dock itself is large but super easy to use. Removing any of the three bins (vac, clean h20, dirty h20) is easy and mess free, not even a drop or spec released. I do wish that the lids on the water containers stayed open on their own but that’s virtually a non-issue. I did receive a defective unit, one that would not charge at all after 10-15 cycles, but I have so thoroughly appreciated this little bot’s efficacy in it’s time working that I would STILL award five stars. BestBuy stood behind the return and there was no hassle aside from waiting (still) for the new one to arrive by mail. Conclusion. Great vacuum. Great mop. Works as advertised. The price is obviously elevated but the quality of the machine negated my concern. If this is going to be a “step up in price” purchase for you and you are on the brink, go ahead with it. Murph

I tried the I Robot ultra 9 before 2 weeks was up it stopped working then I took it back and best buy sent it back and after about a wek they refunded my money so I got a shark 8 and the first time using it it got stuck on my throw and it isn't very thick so I took it back and got this Rock and i am very satisfied with this one it works a whole lot better then the first two I got.

The best intelligent robot .. I tried ecovac x2 and this one . S8 pro is far far better than x2. The cleaning power also very good .. and never miss any spot . The main difference between x2 and s8 pro navigation without hitting your furniture and . S8 navigation so smooth and never hit my any furniture.. the best feature is when you are and both vacuum and mop mode , it can vacuum your carpet 1st then vacuum and mop other area together..

It's been almost a month now, and the Roborock has been working great! I really like how easy it is to maintain since it has a water tank. I haven't had any issues vacuuming or mopping with it. It works really well on carpets and doesn't have any problems with my dog. I also love the no-go features, because I can limit where the robot goes.

I love this thing. For a parent of two with kids going constantly in and out this thing was made for me. I love that it does exactly what the company says it can do. My whole house could be on fire but this thing keeps my floors spotless and therefore my life feels in order. My only regret is that I didn’t invest in one sooner.

We just finished building a house at the Jersey Shore with an open floor plan on the first floor and I anticipated that my wife was going to feel like she either had to vacuum and mop the large area weekly or hire a housekeeper to do it. The Roborock Ultra S8 has handled it extraordinarily well. I had waited till it was available at Best Buy so my Total Tech membership would give me an extended warranty and a price match guarantee. There were concerns about our juke rug in the family room so I set it up for carpet avoidance. To this point everything has been great. I use it once a week for the first floor open concept and take it to the second and third floor to do the bedrooms and bathrooms. Once a month I take it to the ground floor to do the foyer and gym. I appreciate that it cleans and drys the mops so there is no odor. My wife was amazed that it got close to the baseboards but didn’t hit them (something that I’d expect if done manually). When you look at the map during or after the room is cleaned you can see how thorough it is…again better than manually where some spots could be missed. It is not inexpensive but compared to what it would cost to hire a housekeeper it’s a bargain.

Top tier. You get what you paid for. I have 4 dogs and live in a desert so there tons of dirt that tracks inside the home not only by us but by the dogs as well. We do routine cleans on the base as the dirt can get muddy but it's worth it for how clean the floors are left.
