We just finished building a house at the Jersey Shore with an open floor plan on the first floor and I anticipated that my wife was going to feel like she either had to vacuum and mop the large area weekly or hire a housekeeper to do it. The Roborock Ultra S8 has handled it extraordinarily well. I had waited till it was available at Best Buy so my Total Tech membership would give me an extended warranty and a price match guarantee. There were concerns about our juke rug in the family room so I set it up for carpet avoidance. To this point everything has been great. I use it once a week for the first floor open concept and take it to the second and third floor to do the bedrooms and bathrooms. Once a month I take it to the ground floor to do the foyer and gym. I appreciate that it cleans and drys the mops so there is no odor. My wife was amazed that it got close to the baseboards but didn’t hit them (something that I’d expect if done manually). When you look at the map during or after the room is cleaned you can see how thorough it is…again better than manually where some spots could be missed. It is not inexpensive but compared to what it would cost to hire a housekeeper it’s a bargain.

Very easy to use and very easy to map. Definitely worth the money.

This is the ultimate robo combo. Cleans incredibly well, and has such intelligent features. If you run the mop/vac combo it senses when it hits a rug and just vacuums. It also can go over small steps and bumps with ease. Absolutely recommend this specific model

This thing is a beast. The overlay and app are a little primative, but they get the job done and are intuitive. The mop and vacuum features are great so far, we have a steam mop we use in conjunction with the roborock, but it does a good job picking up dirt when mopping. Gives us a lot of peace of mind for cleaning and walking around barefoot.

I am constantly amazed at what this vacuum can do. I have back and hip issues and this vacuum/mop keeps my floors clean and it keeps me from having additional pain. I should purchased this years ago.

This new model far exceeds the previous S7 model that I have used for the past year. The mopping is 4 times better and works on a higher pile carpet (recently purchased a new rug that the S7 could not traverse). It also has a better look in my opinion.

This "just works". It vacuums and mops quickly, avoids power cords, and navigates clearly. This was a replacement for another brand robo vacuum that tried to vacuum down the stairs. It did not survive that attempt. Roborock vacuums and mops much quicker than the other. Very happy with this purchase.

Life changer. Really clean up the floor and it is satisfying to dump out the grey water. Kids love to do it too. Easy set up and once a week dump water and add water.

This Product is a life changing one. two years back i got a robot i don't know how to mapping also. This robot is doing all by itself in AI. Too expense Too sound while it work best thing: we can operate from anywhere. cleaning is good

I would consider myself a robot vacuum enthusiast. I have tried them all and this Roborock is BY FAR the best one. Makes Roombas look inadequate. The price point might scare some away on this robot but I can assure you it is worth every penny. The technology & performance is unmatched.

The S8 Ultra Pro it is not the latest technology, it is by far the best cleaning Robot that I have ever own. It cleans and mopped at the same time and it keeps the floor very clean. I can program it to click a specific room or area (zone). I just cant believe how wonderful this Robotrock is!!!

I love my Roborock! She does a good job, allowing me to relax as clean floors are important to me. Between a dog and grandchildren my floors get dirty quick and Robby- (Roborock) really cleans up well. I intend to buy another for the lower level of my home next year.

Does a great job vacumming and mopping. Best at spot mopping, i had to fully mop once and just let the roborock maintain.

Best robot vacuum /mop we've owned. The mopping function is much improved and I'm happy they got away from using the camera and went more to radar and other sensors.

It’s talking lock! Very easy to use! Love it! I found the Snobos Smart Door Lock fairly quick and easy to install with just a bit of woodwork on the frame to match the latch. I didn't get the gateway, so I don't have remote capability, but the amount of flexibility built in is amazing. You can use your fingerprint, passcode, key fob, or even a regular key and it works well with the TTLOCK app. I found more generic fobs online and they programmed easy and work well with the lock. I downgraded a star because it often takes several attempts with a thumbprint and the magnetic cover over the keyhole won't stay on (and is lost). I also don't like that you need to hit any key before you enter your code, which can be confusing to some.

I was concerned do to the price but because of the price I have changed my mind set of use for the Roborock -S8. Now instead of running the vacuum every couple of days for touch up, I run the Roborock - S8 daily with expectations of having it do a great job. I feel I am getting my monies worth. I have not been disappointed yet.

After extensive research around robotic vacuums, my decision has come to the Roborock S8 ultra, after using it for the past week I can say nothing but positive notations. From scheduling your cycles to 3-D mapping this robot does everything you could ever need to do.

Superb, Makes other robots obsolete. Cleans floors with incredible accuracy and cleans itself as well. Obstacle avoidance needs improvement, eats cords and pushes some low profile items around. Highly Recommend!
