I began my search by looking at stick vacuums but eventually realized that I would still have to be on my feet and vacuum and mop the entire house - just with a better vacuum. My husband suggested the Roborock to make our lives easier. I wouldn’t have to complain about having to vacuum and mop, he wouldn’t have to listen to me complain about having to vacuum and mop. A win-win all the way around. I was skeptical when we bought it, but I am so happy we did. It does all it says it will do. It cleans the floors very well, and it is such a relief to not have to vacuum or mop. It’s one of the best purchases we’ve made.

Good product, easy to set up, no hassle , make the house clean all time, just set up the time & ready to go.

I owned 4 different robot vacuums and hated them. I was skeptical about buying another one, but read the reviews and figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did! The mapping process took less than 5 minutes, and I was amazed at the accuracy of the map. This vacuum hits every square inch of the floor, and the mopping feature works better than expected. I love the way it goes back and cleans the mop after multiple times during a cleaning cycle. I would highly recommend this vacuum to the skeptical person. I love it!

Very happy with this floor cleaner. Quick cleaning floors with straight back and forth paths. Tried to eat one USB cable but otherwise does excellent job of avoiding objects.

Great vacuum overall! Fantastic mopping and room mapping. However the wifi receiver does not function well with multi-band access points.

I really wanted to love this robot but it really has its challenges. As I have a lot of hardwood and area rugs plus multiple dogs, I wanted something that could do a daily cleaning so I could cut down on the time I clean. I haven’t found that this robot at the high price tag is really worth it. I still have it run regularly but find I still am cleaning up right after it.

This product is a little pricey, but worth the investment. The mapping and obstacle avoidance is spot on, no pun intended.

Loving this vac/mop. So much better than the Roomba I have. Easy to set up. Mapping was quick and very easy.

Roborock is working so good. i wish I could had it earlier

Roborock has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. All communication is done via email. I was going in circles with what I assumed was a AI robot. I called, spoke to a representative, then had to continue my claim through email. Got the same two response messages and went in circles through email. It was very obvious I needed a new battery but to this day, I still got no resolution from them. So i took it upon myself to purchase a battery and tada, my robot works great again. Very disappointed after i spent $1400 on this vacuum I couldn’t even get a replacement battery or a resolution with an actual human.

this has been amazing for helping with a multi child household. gets cleaning done while we are at work

I owned couple models iRobot vacuum machines, and other mopping machines. Robot rock definitely is the best of all. I don’t need to clean the dust filter every time, I don’t need to add water every time, I don’t need to clean the mop every time, and I don’t even need to set up the room boundary every time…… so easy to use…… it makes my day easy!!!

The short of it: After having this for 2 months, I can honestly (and my wife) say this device can truly make a positive difference in your life. From a cleanliness and the ability to gain more free time, you won't regret it. Yes it is expensive, but this truly is a great investment. I'm assuming that this is how past generations felt about getting a dishwasher and laundry machine! Its just worth it! You'll be happy that you took the plunge.

Best purchase ever!!! This robot does everything i want and very clever. It avoid obstacle very well. The all in one base is so convenient, i just fill the clean water with roborock solution, empty the dirty water and let it does the job. It map the area very fast. Moreover, the app is easy to use. you can control the robot and see the process of the cleaning from the app. Overall i’m so happy with this robot and will recommend it to my friend.
