    0/10. 1 year old and they barely hold a charge, every 3 times I turn the headset on i have to reconnect them to my PC, the speakers are poor quality cutting in and out. Overall never buy ROCCAT products

    Wouldn't connect with alienware software installed. Tried to contact support, never answered my EM (more than once). This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away. BestBuy did take these back and I purchased something that works. Purchase ANY other brand and save your self a headache. Wish I could give it zero stars.

    Can not updating, lost connection.

    Tried to update the firmware for charging station and headphone and it keeps failing. Spent hours to try multiple solutions still wouldn't make it work. Decide to return it.

    I don't use headphones very often when I game, but now that I have a nice pair, I wear them all the time. These headphones are wireless, which is almost necessary these days with gaming. They're very comfy because the phones themselves have cooling technology so you don't get sweaty with them on. I don't play a ton of online games either, so I love that the microphone is completely deatchable. When I do use these for group play, my voice is very clear and my groups are able to hear me well. The sound coming through the headphones is also very clean with no distortion. Even with my groups yelling when combat gets decisive, I still get no distortion and am able to hear the sound effects. This set comes with a rapid charging dock to minimize wait time between gaming sessions, which is one of my favorite features. Even though the battery lasts longer than normal, it is nice to know I can charge them in a pinch for an impromptu gaming session. I have both a PS4 and Nintendo Switch, and these phones are compatible with both (additionally with the PS5).

    I purchased this headset roughly 2 months ago, and now it barely works. It fails to charge, no one can hear me due to the malfunction of the mic piece. I would not recommend this product at all.

If it does not charge consistently, please make sure the docking station is connected to your PC using both cables. In addition, a full reset of the headset may be helpful to solve microphone issues. You can find the reset option in the headset's settings in Swarm and a recovery tool in the update center of Swarm.     Product is decent for the deeply discounted price but it’s the poor customer service provided by BB associates that I cannot support…pushing their plus membership instead of providing quality service.

    Terrible product. We even confirmed with a Best Buy rep that these were compatible with my son’s iPad, bought these as a gift and cannot return them. They are not Bluetooth, they are wireless. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

    These are some of the nicest headphones i have own. They can be a little quirky with the software and getting them to connect to the charge can be a pain sometimes. But, if you can look past those issues, they have some on the best sound.

    Stand wouldn’t charge out of the box. I wouldn’t recommend. Sound quality seemed ok in the short time I used it. Unfortunately I had to return it. Not sure I would trust a replacement long term

    The right earcuff keeps coming off. You can see two tiny screws that hold it but these are constantly coming off and i have to constantly screw them in.

    Bought it two times and both the mic didnt work I had to move it around to make it work and then just stopped working
