Trying a new HDMI cable was advised by sales staff at Best Buy. Pixelation has decreased, but has not totally resolved.

Needed to plug in Roku to new TV

It is not enough for the majority of people, so be careful when picking this length. The quality and durability of the cord though, is awesome.
