The salesman didn't recommend this speaker wire, but it looked sufficient to me. It has a thick jacket that makes you think it is larger gauge than it really is. I was using 16-gauge zip cord before, so it is basically the same. I did need new wire, though, because I was adding surround sound speakers. 50 ft was perfect for my needs.

I generally prefer a thicker gauge. But this is a good quality cable, reasonable price, flexible, easy to strip and use bare ends.

Great buy, spool makes it easy to run. Casing is thick enough to keep it from crimping but will still fit under carpet base boards.

I debated using CCA to save a little money but decided that it was worth springing for pure copper to do it “right” the first time and I am glad I did. The wire was a little difficult to cut but that speaks to the quality of the coating and the copper. The sound is fantastic and you will thank yourself if you invest in this speaker wire.

Stays nice & flat against the floor, doesn’t kink up

Very happy. Very supple and does not hold spooled "memory". Low impedance with great transmission. I attribute this to the OFC used in production. Very substantial insulation. FYI, mark one wire with a marker to help prevent reversing polarity. The printing on the one wire is light and difficult to see in dim light. I bought a 2nd 100' spool.

Nothing worse then starting a project. Or in this case. A modest surround sound system. And not having the proper components needed. Decided not to use the wires that came with my speakers. And upgraded to the Rocketfish wire.

I have had no problems using this speaker cable. It is flexible and easy to route.

Been working on designing and setting up a sound system for my parents at their new house. Not as cheap as some online options, but ive had no issues with this cable. Good quality for a mid tier sound system.

Got this last minute while putting together a Stereo two speaker B&W with Denon 2 Channel Amplifier. Does the trick and on a budget that's what really counts. Sweet sound system for under $2k.

Easy to cut. Does the job required. Long enough to use for multiple audio set ups

This stuff is great. You don't need above 16 gauge wire for common short reach areas. If you have to run speaker wire over say 50 foot length then you need a thicker gauge wire. So unless its a long reach this stuff is perfect. It works real well with gator clips too. I recommend using those with this. Easy on easy off.

Good quality speaker wire at a good price, pure copper, realiable and good connection for speakers with electronics.

Way more than I needed for my project but the extra will last. It's sturdy 16gage wire the covering is stout and my speakers sound great so I'm guessing it's working as it should be.
