Had to upgrade my whole stereo unit. Because I upgraded my speakers I went to upgrade the wires. So I got to the thicker wire and it really holds to the amps going into the speakers cause their stereo speakers. Good job associate pointed me to this these wires thank you

I have always used Rockfish wire, nice gauge durable wire, the only you need to be sure to do is mark the side you as positive, one strand does have writing and you could use that, but if you get to a place where it’s dark, or if you’re just old, like me, it’s hard to distinguish and you want to be sure you’re not crossing polarities on your amp to your speaker

The insulation is thick for this gauge, which has you using the larger of the two inserts on the Rocket Wire banana plugs. I have no way to measure, but seems there’s perfectly satisfying electrical transmission.

I debated using CCA to save a little money but decided that it was worth springing for pure copper to do it “right” the first time and I am glad I did. The wire was a little difficult to cut but that speaks to the quality of the coating and the copper. The sound is fantastic and you will thank yourself if you invest in this speaker wire.

Very happy. Very supple and does not hold spooled "memory". Low impedance with great transmission. I attribute this to the OFC used in production. Very substantial insulation. FYI, mark one wire with a marker to help prevent reversing polarity. The printing on the one wire is light and difficult to see in dim light. I bought a 2nd 100' spool.

I got a discount cause the packaging was broken. It's a good cable but there's a lot of money to be saved by looking elsewhere. It's one of these add-ons to when you buy speakers at best buy.

Stays nice & flat against the floor, doesn’t kink up

This stuff is great. You don't need above 16 gauge wire for common short reach areas. If you have to run speaker wire over say 50 foot length then you need a thicker gauge wire. So unless its a long reach this stuff is perfect. It works real well with gator clips too. I recommend using those with this. Easy on easy off.

Easy to cut. Does the job required. Long enough to use for multiple audio set ups

This speaker wire was a major upgrade from the speaker wire I was using.

This was exactly what we needed to complete hooking up our speakers to our stereo system.

The salesman didn't recommend this speaker wire, but it looked sufficient to me. It has a thick jacket that makes you think it is larger gauge than it really is. I was using 16-gauge zip cord before, so it is basically the same. I did need new wire, though, because I was adding surround sound speakers. 50 ft was perfect for my needs.

Need a good Chinese super sharp knife to strip off the insulation

Nothing worse then starting a project. Or in this case. A modest surround sound system. And not having the proper components needed. Decided not to use the wires that came with my speakers. And upgraded to the Rocketfish wire.
