    It was a bit of an overkill for my system... but then again it's nice to know that my amp isn't working to hard to push current just though the wires. In other words, the speaker gets more juice to it.

    very good wire for the job. I ran short of wire while doing my home theater project, and shipping would take at least a day or two to get. So I ran out to BB and got this. Solid wires, just 1 thing is that they do not have colored to separate which is for RED and BLACK. If you do in wall installation, you can not tell which is which, thus having to use the tester to make this distinction. Other than that, it's good.

    It is said this is pure copper. However, after purchasing on Amazon the coloring is EXTREMELY different. Amazon’s I can tell it pure and shiny like a penny whereas this one is more dull.

    I like this wire because it is thick and doesn't feel flimsy. Used to run wire behind wall for rear channel. Works great.
