Works ok a little hard to plug things into it.. Its hard to plug into wall... Works ok I think ..

The outlets pictured make sense. In reality they are rotated and plugs that are designed to go down a wall instead stick out.

Picture shows outlets are up and down but outlets are sideways making it difficult to plug in some equipment.

Hard to tell, at this point it passes electric to the microwave. Should I have an electrical surge and it doesn't protect the appliance I may rewrite.

After my purchase I saw better reviews elsewhere. Should have done more research. Im afraid it won't protect my equipment from lightning strike.

Purchased in August 2020 and has recently stop working and apparently out of warranty. The blue “protected” light stop illuminating and I was advised this means it is no longer providing surge protection. I expected this to last much longer and will be looking for a cheaper replacement.

This is by far the best toy that I have ever purchased for my cat to play with. Hopefully he does not throw up another hair ball on it.

The product works great as expected. The reason this gets a 1 star however, as some people have already pointed out, the orientation of the outlets on the surge protector are rotated 90 degrees from what is shown in the product photos. Fortunately for me everything ended up working out and fitting (Barely), but in many scenarios, with cords that plug in at a 90 degree bend, this could make this item worthless as having the outlets in the vertical position as shown in the products photos would be better in almost every situation. This lack of oversight isn't really acceptable in my opinion, when people are planning and spending money on one thing, and receiving something different than what they expected. If the product photos showed how the product actually is, even with the less desirable horizontal instead of vertical configuration, then this would be a 5 star product for me. Minus 4 stars for misleading the consumer.

After a few months the surge protector failed to protect our garage door opener.

Misleading product pictures. Outlets face different direction. Other than that works fine.

I was looking for a workable unit like this; fits the bill!

Works but it only has two outlets. If it had two more I would give it 4, maybe five stars

Very excited about product, but plug config. Is NOT as shown, ground should be at bottom instead, it is facing the front, kind of makes product, useless for trying to clean up space. (Very misleading) not what I wanted, hope the 4 plug is correct, would like for Best Buy, to correct this and refund customers.

Bought this to plug in a TV that hangs on the wall, but it was too big to fit behind the TV.

I thought my TV sound had gone bad. After recently moving, I installed my 49” TV in the new kitchen with this new surge suppressor I had purchased at Best Buy. Soon afterwards the sound began distorting and not long after went out completely. Thinking the TV went bad after just a few years, I moved my 55” TV from the bedroom into the kitchen. Soon after the sound on that TV started distorting as well. I decided to change the surge suppressor and what do you know... the sound was perfect! And I plugged the the 49” TV That I was about to trash in the bedroom and what do you know... it worked perfect too! So, in conclusion, this particular surge suppressor is junk and a complete waste of time and money!

I took it out of the box and followed the directions. Not very clear for someone who is technologically challenged. How in the world is my phone and an app supposed to help me with traffic????Huh??And how do I down load it?? And how do I work it???Frustration to the max.
