However, the TV’s power cord was long enough to go behind the wall, come out the bottom and plug into the Monster surge protector. So instead of returning the Rocketfish surge protector, decided to use it to protect the refrigerator. (I understand this review doesn’t cover the surge protector’s usefulness, but it’s another way to use it.)

Exactly what I was looking for

The cord stuck straight out from the plug, but using this plug-in keeps the cord flush with the wall which is great so I don't bump the cord with my knees as I'm sitting at my vanity. Plus its great to protect my mirror! Great purchase!

I have some plugs right behind my bed's headboard and pushing the bed against the wall would have covered them up entirely. This really helps to keep all my devices plugged in without worrying that the bed will push up against plugs and damage the outlet. Solved my problem!
