We purchased this for our TV to protect against power surges. We haven't had any surges since it was installed so not sure how it will work. We are hoping it will protect us when the big thunder storms start in the spring.

We've had a few lightning storms since I bought it. All good with no issues . I have a desktop pc and monitor plugged into it.

Surge protector works great. It has a nice small form factor that lets it sit in small places. The best part, as long as you do not need many outlets, is that it does not have a cord like a standard surge protector. Keeps things organized and neat. Great for use behind a TV hanging on the wall.

This device works great!! And it is compact enough to not affect any furniture placement.

This fits just like I wanted it to. I wanted to put a surge protector on my new refrigerator because the new ones have some much circuitry now a days. This allows you to have a surge protector and push the fridge back all the way. I am going to get another one for my freezer in the garage.

Compact and convienient surge protector, perfect for our need of plugging just the tv by itself to protect against power surge.

I like that the unit is compact. It tucks in nicely behind my wall mounted TVs. Another plus is that the connectors are on the side keeping the profile slim.

Low profile which is what I wanted and knew I was plugging in normal cords. But be aware that due to the orientation of the plug-ins on the side there is very little clearance to the wall - so I doubt most AC adapters would work with this. Not an issue for me but be advised.

Most of us have the same problem with outlets sometimes being right behind our furniture. Well this is a great way to plug into from the side instead of directly into the power outlet and getting bent or split power cables. Overall this is a wonderful product by rocketfish.

Picked up 2 of these on a flash sale to use behind 2 wall mounted TVs that didn't have any surge protection. I was getting scared gambling with mother nature for too long and wanted to protect my TVs against any potential lightning strikes.

This is an excellent solution for my needs. Great for those who only need one or two item protection.

Hi. This 2-outlet surge protector is great and cost only $20. Keep in mind that it has 2 outlets, which was perfect for me. Some people may require bigger surge protectors, but if you only need to protect 2 outlets, this is the 1 to get! It is much cheaper than larger surge protectors as well.

This wall tap is great for the price. It has a handy feature of telling if you're protected or not. So no more guessing when it comes to your expensive electronics. The only flaw is the same flaw that effects every wall tap, thickness. The wall tap can't accommodate large thick gauge cables without pushing the unit away from the wall. As long as you know you won't be plugging in any thing bigger than a standard three-pronged plug, your good.

Discreet and slim design. Great between narrow spaces like behind the fridge.
