    I bought the unit to reduce or eliminate RFI interference picked up by my Home Theater system from my radio transmission (ham radio). It turns out interference was picked up by electrical wiring and plugging my Receiver and Powered Subwoofer into the Rockfish unit solved the issue. Product Specs claim roughly 40 db of filtering and I endorse this from my experience although I have no means to measure it.
