    I have this plugged in to a chest freezer as well as another stand up fridge/freezer, total amps are about 10 between those 2 items and so far no issues with the unit tripping. I wanted to hopefully prevent any issues with my fridge and freezer conking out due to a storm, so far nothing has tripped it yet.
