    We purchased this splitter to have our cable for tv and router all In one area. Did not change quality of screen picture for cable or speed of internet. Solved our problem of needing extra cable connection in office area.

    It's a cable splitter and it works like a cable splitter. Use on Comcast system to split signal between a Comcast digital box and a Cable modem. I was hoping to reduce loss signal - but didn't see any improvement. Good design.
