I'm using it to connect an Apple TV 4K to a 75" Sony X90J, and after running the bandwidth test on the Apple TV it says that it is sufficient for full Dolby Vision (Dynamic HDR) capabilities. My only complaint is that the box is obviously opened previously and slightly crumped, but I'm not picky and if the cable works it works.

I purchased items from their website, but when I tried to return them online, I kept encountering an error. I called customer service, but they were unhelpful and instructed me to return the items in-store. Living an hour away from the nearest Best Buy store, I had to make a special trip. When I arrived, it had been 15 days since my purchase, and they refused to issue a refund, offering only store credit instead. I explained to the store representative that I don't shop at Best Buy and detailed my online difficulties, but to no avail. I was unable to return the unopened item, which I didn't need, and ended up losing over $200. I am appalled that Best Buy couldn't make an exception given the circumstances. This experience has left me feeling wronged and I will no longer consider Best Buy for any future purchases.
