Poor return policy

When I tried to return it it was 2 weeks later and they I couldn't return it because it was past the time that was allowed to return item. Not a great return policy. He'll make me think twice about buying things from Best buy

Lock tabs suck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the shorter cable first and returned it due to the lock tabs not holding it in place in my JBL sound bar, purchased the longer one so I would have enough cable to tape it in to the sound bar since it also had poorly designed lock tabs. Had to stay with rocketfish brand as it was all that was available at the time at bestbuy.

It wouldn't lock into the port. I compared it to an older cable that did fit. The silver sleeve on the Rocketfish cable is too long and leaves the plug in 1/16" short.

Buyer beware

Be sure to check manufacturing specs before you head to store. Employee said it would work with what I wanted to use with didn’t but I don’t think he was trying to be deceiving about. Product isn’t bad just need to make sure you get size fiber optic cable. Check on line

I returned it for a different brand. No issue with Best Buy returning it
