    This is a good quality splitter, as advertised. We needed a splitter for our son's freshman dorm. This item performed well. Most stores were out of stock on move-in weekend. Best Buy had plenty to choose from.

    Needed a splitter to add my own cable modem. Since I have telephone along with internet I have to keep the cable company's modem for the phone and install my cable modem on the other side of the splitter. It works like it should.
