I had a rather short cable cord coming out of the wall to my internet modem. This item allowed mento attach a longer cord. My one worry is it moght affect speeds. But i did a before and after speed test and there were no issues. So im happy with it.

Needed to split my aunt's cable to go to the TV and Cable Modem. Was worried that it would be over the bandwidth of the splitter, but it worked like a charm for XFinity. Easy Installation and for the price a very good value.

This splitter works well. I have not had any issues with it. The speed and quality is just as good as it was with one cable and no splitter. That is not always the case with these splitters.

This is a standard cable splitter with low signal loss. It does the job. There's not much more to say about it. It's small, so it doesn't stand out and you can probably hide it behind a couch or something. The label says low signal loss and that's true. I had a huge bulky splitter that had a high signal loss and my Internet speed dropped to less than half. However, when I hooked this up, my Internet is now what I pay for, so it's true about the signal loss being low. I recommend this.

Works good with my tivo setup. I needed a specifically rated splitter as per cable or tivo i cant remember. But i finally figured out it wasnt my tivo or the sitter but the 20 year old cable card that optimum was giving me. I finally went with fios and they put in a new card and it worked the first time. Fyi i went threw about 12 cable cards and that is not an exaseration

I was tired of spending 10 bucks a month to lease a cable modem from my ISP. The modem that my ISP gave me was made in 2004! I took matters into my own hands and purchase this modem. I was skeptical at first. But it is humming along just fine. No reboots, no issues. Very stable. I was hoping to get a little more speed out of it, but unfortunately, it remained the same. But it is still a big win (no more leasing modems!). Try it out. It is a win win.

Outputs not labeled for signal loss

It is a coax splitter, not really much to review. Little annoyed that I had to buy it since xfinity should have fixed the issue and they didn't. Anyways, I bought this to fix a signal issue. The issue is, the splitter technically has 2 different loss quantities depending on what output you use. This one only says low loss 2Ghz. Typical splitters used by Xfinity/comcast has a 3.5Ghz loss and 7Ghz loss depending on output. I doubt this one is 2Ghz only and in fact I can prove it later if needed. But each output should be labeled.

I know these used to display the ohms and some didn't work with different systems. This did not contain any of that information and it worked with our Verizon FIOS, so it makes me believe the different ohm listing may have been when there were both analog and digital, before going strictly digital. I setup an office for my wife, she has a Television and I installed a TV card in the computer I built her. Everything worked perfectly with no degradation of picture quality.
